Where does Boveda go in my instrument case?

Put the packs into the Boveda Holder(s) and place in your instrument case anywhere that allows open airflow around the pack while keeping it safe from punctures or tears.

BOVEDA PLACEMENT FOR INSTRUMENTS:

ALWAYS insert Boveda packs into a Boveda Holder before using in your instrument case. 

  • Best Locations: Position near the headstock, under the neck, or near the instrument body inside the main case cavity.
  • Airflow Requirement: Use in the main chamber so water vapor can freely circulate throughout the case.
  • Important Restriction: DO NOT store inside an enclosed accessory compartment (like the small covered storage box under the neck), as this restricts airflow and affects humidity control.
