Your new Boveda Humidor requires a one-time seasoning before you use it for storing cigars.
Seasoning is the process of bringing the wood’s moisture content to the ideal level necessary to maintain the desired relative humidity (RH) for storing and aging cigars.
Seasoning your humidor with Boveda takes 14 days. You’ll use the three 84% RH packets, which were included with your Boveda Humidor.
