How can I track my order?

A tracking number is found on your shipping confirmation email from Boveda, which is generated when we pack your order and print its postage label.

TRACKING YOUR BOVEDA ORDER

  • You'll receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your Boveda order as soon as we pack it up and print out the postage label.

  • Tracking may take another day to appear on the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) website while your package is processed. 

  • Once the package is available in the USPS or FedEx system, you can track it through delivery.

  • Some international shipments stop updating their tracking information after they leave the U.S. It can take up to two (2) weeks for updates or deliveries to international destinations.
